Water Tanker for the People of Gaza
Clean water is a basic necessity, but in Gaza it is incredibly difficult to get. People are forced to drink dirty, salty water, which can make them ill. For orphans, the elderly and the sick, the diseases caused by dirty water can be life-threatening. By supporting the Gaza Water Tanker in 2016, you have helped to provide safe water to the people who need it the most. Thank you for donating two years ago and helping to deliver clean water direct to schools, orphanages and hospitals. Our tanker also helps to provide water to mosques and community water tanks, so that people can collect clean water for washing, cooking and cleaning.
Your donation has helped to provide the tanks and water fountains installed at schools, orphanages, hospitals, mosques and community locations, and keep them full of clean water. To view the difference you help to make view the following link:
Provide Baby Packs - Syria
Solar Panel Water and Power Centre, Pakistan
Following the installation of the Solar Water Pump and Water Tank, the life of beneficiaries within villages will become far easier. The workload of fetching water for animals or children is erased entirely. Beneficiaries will save approximately 2.5 to 3 hours per day due to the Solar Water Pump, which in turn provides many benefits, especially for women and children.
Women will be empowered, and will now be able to take care of their children, and will also be able to participate in social gatherings. In addition, children will have more time for education and play.

Vulnerable Children in Scotland
How the funds from Radio Ramadan will be used to support children and young people in our community – Barnardo’s.
APNA currently runs an after school club twice per week for children with complex disabilities and additional support needs. However, this will soon be cut down to 1 day per week, due to current funding coming to an end. The club provides vital support to these children and is an invaluable lifeline to their families who rely heavily on the club.
The wonderful support of listeners of Radio Ramadan would mean that the club could continue to operate 2 days a week and continue to help the children and families who attend.
